What to expect at physical therapy
When Should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
What Should I bring?
Please bring your insurance Card, prescription for physical therapy, & completed Active Care Information Form.
How long is my visit?
Between 45 to 75 minutes depending on the severity and complexity of the condition.
What do I wear?
It is highly recommended that you wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and comfortable shoes.
Will this hurt?
Our skilled Doctors of Physical Therapy will do everything possible to minimize discomfort and make your time with us enjoyable.
